ENGGEO'2024

The National Engineering Geology and Geotechnical Symposium (MÜHJEO) is jointly organized every two years by the Turkish Society for Engineering Geology (MühJeoDer) and a university with a Geological Engineering Department. The first of the symposiums was held at KTÜ Trabzon in 2015, and then respectively; 2017 CU Adana, 2019 PAU Denizli and 2022 ITU Istanbul. The fifth of the symposiums will be held at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University between 6 and 8 June 2024.

 The aim of the symposium is to discuss and share the scientific findings and technical developments obtained from research and applications in the field of geosciences engineering, especially in engineering geology and geotechnics, at national and international levels. In addition, it is aimed to ensure more widespread and effective communication and cooperation in scientific and technical terms by bringing together researchers, practicing engineers and students in public and private sector institutions/organizations on the same platform.

 We invite you to join the "National Symposium on Engineering Geology and Geotechnics ENGGEO'2024", which will be held on 6-8 June 2024 at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, located in the center of Cappadocia, where Turkish and English papers will be presented.
